Returns and Exchanges
     
You may exchange or return items ordered from stc-shop.ch within 5 days of receipt. You must return the items in the original packaging and in an unused condition. The customer bears the costs of delivery and return.
    
Special offers are excluded from the right to return.
    
Please enclose the invoice or delivery note with the return and briefly state your reason for the return.
